Application Made to form Hyde Park and Paddington Neighbourhood Forum

The application under the 2012 Localism Act has been made to Westminster City Council on behalf of the Hyde Park Estate Association, PaddingtonNow BID and the Paddington Partnership to form the Hyde Park and Paddington Neighbourhood Forum.
